Strictly speaking, I didn't really NEEEEED to come up with two epilogue comics of considerable length—I even briefly contemplated dropping one or both to finish within my self-imposed deadline. But then that deadline came and went so that freed me up to finish this season on my own terms. What can I say? I did used to write fanfiction, after all, and there is undoubtably narrative value in bringing everyone together for one final hurrah.

And a large part of that meant setting up this ridiculous crossover because I wanted MeyMey Kanata to get his happy ending too!!! The plan was originally to have the follow-up maybe a few weeks removed from whenever I posted this, but I guess I'll just have to make time for it elsewhere while working on Mahoutsukai ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
