Anne/Gilbert

In all my years of Canadian living (which btw is my entire life), I've never really tried to interact with the Anne of Green Gables series. Caught a few episodes of the live-action show whenever it aired on CBC, but that was about it. This new anime was the perfect time for me to get right in there and omg, I must be getting old cuz I was getting teary-eyed after EVERY. SINGLE. EPISODE.

The whole show I was rooting for Anne and Gilbert to get together!! Me? Into het? Yes, if they actually put in the effort, I can actually be swayed into het. But in predictable shoujo fashion, they had to end it right when they got together =u=;;; Guess I gotta read the books now.

Anyways, simple celebratory art cuz it was a really good show (✿◡‿◡)
