MY FAVOURITE EPISODE!! Or rather, my favourite battle scene in all of GoPri. One where you can't see Minami's expression when she tells Haruka she wants to be with her; one where they have a heart-to-heart on the beach, lily petals dancing all around them; one where Aroma wonders why exactly Flora is so relieved that her beloved Minami-san isn't going to marry some random guy. (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)

All my HaruMina headcanons have been building up to this moment. Most depictions of this ship usually has Minami being the infatuated one, but I've never been of that opinion? Haruka's crush was obvious from the very first episode, and she's established herself as the pursuer ever since the second. That combined with Minami's initial hesitancy at entering a relationship with her leads to a conflict that I believe aligns quite well with Ep32.

And as in the episode itself, it takes Minami reaffirming her love to quell her misgivings. My original vision for this script had Minami making the move, but then I thought that kinda cheapened her words if the kiss was the only thing that mattered. So Haruka's the one to kiss first and ask for forgiveness later 😋 HARUKA TOPS!
