I considered relegating this to just a simple flashback, but if this was a fanfic I'd have a cooldown chapter so this is it. This is actually one of my favourite things to do—view a relationship from the perspective of friends/outsiders. And the Smile team is nothing but supportive.

I feel like if MiyuRei ever broke up, it would be because of miscommunication, not out of lack of love.
