I imagine the trauma of having lost Setsuna once follows Love for the rest of her life. Maybe she gets better at dealing with it as she gets older, but at this point the wounds are still fresh. Setsuna probably doesn't completely comprehend what Love is going through and just thinks she's causing trouble for her :')
