011 Memory

No, I wasn't drawing this with "Memory" in mind but that's how it ended up. (Plus it's a lot easier to come up with titles when you just file it under 100TC). How would their first meeting had turned out differently if they were guys? Hmm~

Still gave Hisa a tie, but he has no idea how to wear it. .-.;; Fail, Buchou. That was probably his first action when he became student congress president—eliminate all ties. ...Which would explain why there isn't a colour-coded way to tell years! Har. I wondered about that.
