Mahjong Glow

PresidentXCaptain! (>o< )/ They both have glowy body parts!

PI can't seem to be able to make up my mind how to draw the same character over and over again. They always look different from picture to picture. Especially the hair. This time it's okay, but I should go back and fix Ueno!Hisa's hair—bangs are way too funky. Give me a day or two.
